I look forward to Barry informing us whereabouts this bird is from.

Also today from the Neath River (between the rivermouth and Brunel Dock) this juv Little Egret was more confiding than the adults that use this area. Other stuff around here included another Little Egret, 87 Redshank, 1 Rock Pipit, and 5 Whitethroat. Good numbers of Small Copper were also flying around here with 15+ noted.

Mark, I've never seen 3P21, but if you email Camille Duponcheel with the details of your sighting[cduponcheel@nordnet.fr] you'll receive a life history of this bird (probably Belgian). NB give Lat-Long rather than an OS grid ref.
Thanks Barry. Will do and report back in due course.
This bird was ringed at Zwinjndrecht in Belgium as 3CY on 14/5/2006. It was seen by Colin Baker at Port Talbot 9/10/2006 and Paul Roberts at Ogmore Estuary 11&15/11/2006 and a number of times in Belgium in between, but not the UK (not reported anyway).
